Hello <not saying >,

Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars customer support team. We will use the information you have provided to investigate whether a violation of the rules has occurred and will take the appropriate actions.

All information related to the discovery and disciplining of an account will only be discussed between the possible violator and the customer support. If we do find any rules to be broken, you will not hear of any rulings related to the incident and the account(s) involved.

Please feel free to contact the support team again if you encounter any other problems.

Kind regards,

Also remember, that not all bans are permanent. From my understanding, some bans are as short as 24 hours.

and they say that they wont in form the person that the scammer/violator got banned, i think thats crap due to the fact that they could loose a gamer caus of it, so who would they rather have a dedicated gamer who would think to purchase more NCsoft products, or the scammer/violator who will buy the product but scamm people who will the stop playin

btw i was scammed out of a victos axe but i nvr got annoyed i found it funny ma m8 then proceed to follow him around a map and in a mission trying to trade with him for an hour straight, that was funny the guy wanted to give me it back xD

i also think that well Anet might take violators more serious than scammers im afraid, due to the fact that violators give a game a bad name, although i think if there is hard proof of a scammer he should be banned permenantly, and his ip so he cant go out buy another copy and start violating/scamming again

A quick reminder to all of you; please don't double post. I'm seeing a lot of it in this thread.
